How can I avoid creating two Change tasks?
When I create a Change request, the flow automatically creates two Change Tasks.
How can this be deactivated?

Hi Ayano,

Please go to workflow editor and filter out the change request table. Based on change request type Normal, emergency, standard etc. Open the respective change request workflow(use name field to check the workflow names) and then check out the workflow and  modify the change task activities based on your requirement and then published the same.

Please mark answer correct if it is helpful.

Thanks

Thank you for your comment.

How should I filter out from this state?
I would appreciate it if you could tell me the procedure.

As per your screenshot you are in different scope and the workflow is under global scope. so first select  application scope as "Global" from servicenow homepage or from settings and then you will see checkout option by clicking on three horizontal lines. (I assume that you have admin or enough role to check out(edit) the workflow). Once checkout, select and remove the in out transitions from activity as per your requirement. (You can delete the activity using right click on it as per your need) and then published the same.

Thanks

Thank you so much.
I just checked out.

I'm sorry again. I don't understand this procedure.
I want to avoid creating only two catalog tasks, how can I implement that?
