How can I avoid creating two Change tasks?

How can I avoid creating two Change tasks?
When I create a Change request, the flow automatically creates two Change Tasks.
How can this be deactivated?

Okay, Then remove the in out lines connected to the create task activity. Select the individual line and delete it. After that just connect branch activity to join activity by drawing the line using mouse. Then published the workflow.

I’ｍ sorry to ask about the detailed procedure over and over again. I am using Workflow edit for the first time...
I want to remove the in out lines, but when I select the line I don't see the remove option.
How can i remove it?

Hi, Please use delete button from keyboard. 

and later to connect the activity from branch to join , use the mouse pad to draw the line.
