How can I calculate two SLAs and pick the one closest to expiration using the flow designer?

I have a flow that needs to follow the following order: Priority 1 > Priority 2 > Nearest expiration SLA. However, I'm unsure how to calculate the nearest expiration SLA using the Flow designer. What steps should I take?
