how can i define which form view to use when the ritm or sctask from the workflow ?
i have define some extra icons on the form view.

To set up the desired views, follow these steps:
1. Create the two views you want.
2. Navigate to System UI > View Rules.
3. Create a new view rule, selecting the relevant table.
4. Use the condition builder to define triggers based on variables or fields.
5. Refer to the image below for a visual guide.
Here's an example: I set up a view rule for the catalog task table using a variable choice and a field. In the view field, I specified my view name. You can customize your rules similarly.

Try using view rules. You can add and define conditions, so when the form loads servicenow will apply the right view to the form.

@ahefaz1 @Aniket Chavan how can i do the rule like if i have a sctask for peripheral task and another meeting room issue task ? so each one will have different view . the one in red is for the stock room and the variables are for the meeting room issue
