How can I match sys_id to user record?

Hi

I have received a compliance list from Service Now for staff with fulfiller roles who are identified by their sys_id.

How can I search/match these sys_ids to user records?

if you have a list in excel with sys_id,

Just open "sys_user.LIST" and under filter select "sysid is one of" and paste the list of sys_ids there.

Hello,

You can extract user list from sys_user table and make sure you include any method mentioned below to include sys_id while exporting users so after that you can compare easily in excel sheet
