Hello,
I'm new to Servicenow and I have been ask by the CCB to remove the "Request Approval" button from the CR Form (Top Right and bottom left) and I would like to know how to suppress it in Servicenow Express.
Thank you!

Hi Rony,
In OOB Enterprise environments, users can right click on the UI action at the bottom of the form (before the related lists) and select "Edit UI Action". On this page, you can select whether to hide the button from the form, list, banner, etc.
I've logged into an OOB Express instance as the Administrator and can confirm that the UI Action table is not accessible. This is due to a limitation with Express in which UI Actions cannot be edited
It looks like other customers have requested that this functionality be made available as well, but at this time, we do not have a way for admins to modify UI actions in Express.

Thank you!

Hello Rony
For it to remove from the form. You have to disable the UI action.

Type 'UI Actions' in your left navigation panel and look for the button 'Request Approval'. If there are any conditions on this that this is visible on any other forms, try to remove the condition for CR and update. If this is the only place you are seeing the button, then you can disable this UI action.
Please hit correct/helpful based on impact of the response.
Thanks
