How can we add a cancel button for the service request after submitting the request in the portal ?

How can we add a cancel button for the service request then user can cancel the request from the portal after submitting the request. can any one please help me for this configuration how to add and where can i add the code ?

If you're using the OOB standard ticket page, you can use the standard ticket configuration record for your table to add an actions widget that allows for certain actions to be performed.

As an example, you can look at the incident configuration record that uses the "Incident Standard Ticket Actions" widget for providing a selection of options to perform
