How can we find how many users are using SSO to login in servicenow?

I am trying to generate reports for non-sso users and sso users, but unable to find the list. I have checked the event name = external.authentication.succeeded for this but it is giving the data of logins for only 1 month so we can not find the users who did not logged-in in that 1 month. What is the better approach?
