How do I add new words to the Knowledge Base keyword list in Fuji?

Hi,
This is what I found from the wiki.
- Navigate to Knowledge > Knowledge Bases.
- Select a knowledge base.
- In the Featured content related list, click New.
- Select a Knowledge article.
- Click the lock icon to expand the Keywords field.
- Select or create knowledge keyword records using the reference lookup icon.
- Each keyword must be a single term without spaces.
- After adding all keywords, click Submit.
By above steps you should be able to create keywords.

Are you able to do this? I have tried it and cannot add new words. The only word allowed is "homepage".
