How do I add new words to the Knowledge Base keyword list in Fuji?

No problem, I'm not sure why are you not using meta instead of keywords. If someone search for words that are related the knowledge base it will appear in search results.

With the Keyword, a specific KB Article will be "forced" to the top of the search. While this can also be done using meta, too many people have the ability to add meta and it is more difficult to control the search order.
