How do I cancel an incident from ServicePortal and how to change to Resoved without error?

I don't see the option to cancel.
Also, when I try to Resoved, I get an error.

Please tell me the solution in as much detail as possible.

Hi,

there is a data policy which requires mandatory fields to be filled while Resolving.

Did you try to set values to those fields Resolution Code and Close notes and then click Resolve

Is it possible to solve the problem by skipping those inputs or letting them be automatically entered?

you will have to check this with customer and fill the default values for those 2 fields
