How do I cancel an incident from ServicePortal and how to change to Resoved without error?

I don't see the option to cancel.
Also, when I try to Resoved, I get an error.

Please tell me the solution in as much detail as possible.

Hi Ayano,

You will need to fill the Mandatory fields before you proceed with Resolving. Like" Resolution Notes".

I want to fill in as few fields as possible because the customer fills in.

Is it possible to solve the problem by skipping those inputs or letting them be automatically entered?
