How do I cancel an incident from ServicePortal and how to change to Resoved without error?

I don't see the option to cancel.
Also, when I try to Resoved, I get an error.

Please tell me the solution in as much detail as possible.

Hi Ayano san,

You can mark the mandatory fields non-mandatory .

In the case of a normal incident, I would like the Resolution Code and Close Notes to be Mandatory.


Only this record producer (only the operation from the service portal) is input by the customer, so I want you to solve it with just one select Resolved button.
