How do I edit the primary navigation?

How do I edit the primary navigation bar on the left? I want to modify the "All" menu but despite having done so several times, I'm completely blanking on what it's called and how to get to the editor.

Edit: It's the attached menu, I want to rename Service Catalog to something else, and also add a new entry underneath it

Edit 2: I figured it out. It's System Definition -> Application Menus

It's this menu, I want to rename Service Catalog to something else, and also add a new entry underneath it

@EJ13  - As per your screenshot attached follow below screenshot provided in sequence and you will be able to achieve same.

1) Get Name of Application module you want to rename then select pencil button and when you hover it will say Edit Module, so click on it.

2) After click it will open form where you can modify Title field as per your wish for ex we did as "Service Catalog Test" and then save record.

3) Once your record is save you will see reflection in menu as showcased below:
