I have a few cases where users are assigning incidents to a problem when they shouldn't. Short of going directly to the tables, is there a way that I can remove an incident from a problem?

This would be a matter of removing the PRB value from the Problem (problem_id) on the incident record.

Thank you Allen. Unfortunately the only way I can find to get it off the related list is to delete it. That also deletes the incident.

Ah, ok. Sorry about that. I guess, "Edit" would have been the more appropriate response from me. Clicking Edit allows you to remove them off as well. Glad you got it sorted out though!

Hello Allen,
In Madrid as part of enabling a plugin "problem management best practice"
Add and new button are available instead of New and Edit.
Do we know how to remove incidents from problem record when we do not have Edit option?

I found a solution!
- Right click on the Column Options, (hamburger menu) next to Number column
- Click Configure
- Click List Control
- Uncheck the Omit edit button
- Save
- Now you will have an Edit button

I have the same question. I too have only the Add and New buttons.
Any suggestions on how to removed linked incidents from a Problem record is appreciated.
