How do I share my dashboard to every one in the instance with out adding any particular group or user in the Dashboard sharing option.

Hi,

The idea of giving access to dashboard is through the share option. If you want to allow everyone to get access then just make the dashboard public. in the roles, mention public and everyone will have access to it. 

If you want only logged in users access to dashboard, then try to give snc_internal role.

When i am adding public role to dashboard, it adding these roles, as below. most of the users not having these roles and they are not able to view the report

What i need to do add pa_viewer role to every one instead of public

please reply in this.
