How does the Department Head on the Department table get populated?

On our department table, I am seeing a lot of Department Head populated and a lot of empties. I know these Departments are being created through our LDAP sync but not sure how the department head field is being populated. Any ideas?

Hello,

That is something only your organization would know? Having the departments populate/create, etc. from LDAP doesn't also set the Department head, by default. Someone would have had to add that piece in.

You'd want to review your LDAP and the transform map associated to see if that field is being populated through a script or something or see if they were manually set through some sort of data load, etc.
