How the survey should be trigger to the loggedin user Once the request is closed.
Can anyone please let me know the process.It will be useful.

This notifications is fired through an event.

where have you configured the logic to fire this event record.send_survey??

Business rule/flow/workflow???

what values are you passing in parm1,parm2???

Who is their in the who will receive section???

where have you configured the logic to fire this event record.send_survey?? - I have used OOB event and Notification

Business rule/flow/workflow??? - The above event is calling one OOB Business rule.

Who is their in the who will receive section??? - Assign to field.

I used OOB notification i have changes sc_request table to asmt_assessment_instance table so i got the survey notificaton in email box when the request state is closed complete but in the recipient in sys_email table is not showing the requested for user name.

Hi @mania ,

 

Can you preview and check with the assessment number (which your testting, it will show if any issues with recipients), You got the email becuase Sent to event creator is checked.

Can you change the event creator to actual survey assigned to user and check also would you share Business rule logic??

Have you verified the notifications is triggering all the time when request is closed but no recipient??
