How the survey should be trigger to the loggedin user Once the request is closed.
Can anyone please let me know the process.It will be useful.

I have unchecked the Send to event creator field and checked but not getting notification itself.

Business rule name (OOB): Dispatch Survey Notification Event

Have you verified the notifications is triggering all the time when request is closed but no recipient?? - yes, notification triggered all the time when request is closed but not getting in recipient on emails.

Hi @mania ,

 

Change the creator to actual Survey user and select REQ related to it and check.

Remove assigned to from the notification if updated.

I have removed assigned to from the notification but I not able to select REQ record it is showing all the assessment records.

 

Actually what i want is once the request is closed, the survey should be trigger to the user(requested for).

Do you have any alternative slution for that if you have can you please share the steps, it will be useful.
