How the user can access snow?

I created an user profile manually in service now. I provide a temporary password and when the user try to access snow received the following error:

AADSTS90020: The SAML 1.1 Assertion is missing ImmutableID of the user

How I can resolved that?

If the user is not using SSO to sign in to ServiceNow try having them use /side_door.do to the end of the URL.

https://your instance name.service-now.com/side_door.do
