How can I access the Ref ID (that we receive in email body as "Ref:MSG....") using the SCTASK detail API ({instance}reporting.service-now.com/api/now/table/sc_task)?
Use Case - We want to automate closing of the SCTASK ticket using email. We figured out that we need to send the Ref ID in our mail body. We currently do not have access to email API and therefore we somehow need to extract the Ref ID from SCTASK detail API.
Is this even feasible or is somehow getting access to email the only way out from this?
