Flow not triggering automatically (Personal Computer Created or Updated)

Hi,

I created a Flow with this setup:

  • Trigger: Personal Computer Created or Updated (cmdb_ci_pc_hardware)

  • Look Up Records: Acknowledged = false, Assigned to ≠ empty, Send Handover Form = Yes, Assigned relative after 2 minutes ago

  • Action: For each record → Send Notification

The flow works when I test it manually but doesn’t run automatically when records are updated.

Do I need to use a Scheduled Trigger instead? Or is there something wrong with my trigger or condition setup?

Thanks,
Rajesh Singh

Hi @RajeshS45028713 ,
Please check if your Flow is active.
Since it works manually, it means the logic is fine — but it may not be triggering automatically due to the record not fully meeting the conditions.
If possible, please share a screenshot of your Flow setup (including the trigger and lookup conditions), so I can take a closer look and help identify what might be missing.

Things to check

1) Did you Activate the flow

2) Did you ensure who is configured for Run as -> Try to set it with System user
