Could anyone please tell me how to add a "is not one of" condition operator to the table. I see this operator listed on few tables but not for all.

It is based in Field type not on the table.

you can create a dynamic filter if that can fulfill your requirement.

It only shows up when field type is of

1. string

2. contains sting

3. contains integer
