How to add conditions on templates so that it is only visible when the conditions are validated ?

Hi All,

 

I have a requirement to make a template visible on the template bar only when category, subcategory and Assignment group is set to specific values.

 

As far as I can see Templates can only be restricted using user or groups.

is there a way to achieve this?

Hi @Frankline Jero1 ,

I think template (sys_template) records are not conditional and can only be restricted using user or groups!!

Is it possible to lock down the Assignment Group in a CHANGE TEMPLATE so regardless which application service or CI is chosen, the Assignment Group remains unchanged?
