Hi,
In Knowledge Management, while creating an article when I change the article type corresponding template will appear inside the text field. In every template there will be a heading and description below that. For each heading of the article, I need to add expand/collapse icon at the right end so that I can expand/collapse the description below the title. Can anyone help me in doing this in HTML ?
Regards,
Hema P

Hi All,
We are also facing the same issue. I think TinyMCE HtML editor does not support this type of feature.

Hi All,
This is an OOTB issue. Problem is already created for this issue in Hi instance https://hi.service-now.com/kb_view.do?sysparm_article=KB0547641.
Just we have to add one attribute to Text field in Knowledge management, then it works as expected.

Hello Md Sannavulla,
I looked at your referenced article and it is related to adding video in Service Now rather than the expand/contract issue. Did you mean to reference a different article?
Thanks,
Norma

Hi Norma Ohlenbush,
If you add this attribute it will fix the expand and collapse issue also.
