How to add multiple domains in Security Scorecard?

I try to add multiple domains in the Security Scorecard for IT Service Management. 

It seems it allows only 1domain to connect, but I need to add multiple domains. 

Please kindly help me how to proceed it. Thank you.

Try to update from property page or try with ; and add another domain.
