How to add My Groups Work and edited gauges to ITIL homepage?

This is a 2 part question that I'm hoping has the same answer.  

1) If a user removes My Groups Work from the ITIL homepage, where do you find it to add it back?  I can't find it in the Add Content frame.

2) I created a 2nd gauge similar to My Groups Work with an additional filter.  But again, I can't find it to add to the ITIL homepage.

Hi,

My Groups work is a gauge whose type is 'list' by default. (the type 'list' option is now deprecated.)

 

I just changed the type to an option - 'count' and the gauge is now selectable

Can they see those Reports in the Report list?  It may be that they are not properly shared.

 

You could also be using the wrong table when trying to find the reports.  Are you looking at 'Task'?

Did it still work for you then?  Mine shows up empty then instead of listing the items.  And doesn't look like I can go back to the list type.

Hi,

I just posted the root cause of why it disappears.

 

Additionally, Servicenow has stopped supporting new gauges and widgets should be way forward.
