How to add pending reason to activity section

Hi, can anyone help how add pending reason to activities(formatter).

Hi Samar,

From the activity stream look for below icon.

Scroll to the bottom and select Configure avaialble fields. Look for required field and then move it from Available to Selected pane.

Thank you for your response, but in  Configure available fields not available that pending reason option. how add ?
