How to add Record producer in custom portal , when user search with record producer name he should be able to get the link of that record producer.

Go to your custom portal record, In related lists you can see Catalog Items there add your catalog list and In search sources related list also add "Catalogs"

For reference you can refer to the OOB Service portal record in sp_portal table
