How to add Rich Text in additional Comments?

Hello All,

I want to show additional comments to user in tabular format. However when i post the request through SOAP UI, the HTML tags are being shown instead of the rich text. Can anybody please inform like is there any settings which i need to do for adding rich text and Secondly, when i post data, the data is not going in Activities instead i have to configure the form and then the comments are seen separately in form (not in activity).

Try this way, you need to place your html code in the [code] tag like below.
