hi @Akash41
Storing your files in the cloud has many advantages. You can view your files from any phone, tablet or computer that's connected to the Internet, and the cloud can also provide backup for files so they'll never disappear if your phone gets lost or your computer crashes. Using the cloud is a no-brainer, but picking which service to use is a bit more difficult.
If you have uploaded files to your Google Drive, Dropbox, Box, you can attach directly files to ServiceNow. On Servicenow form, a UI action will appear enabling users to access the file directly from Cloud Drives and can attach them. You can also attach from a URL and it will be useful while migrating towards Servicenow from other systems.
I am just giving an Idea by integrating servicenow attachments with dropbox in below post on servicenow community. We can extend to other cloud drives as well

Hi - Akash41.
Did you get to achieve this?
If yes - Could you brief your procedures?
I have a similar implementation as this way.
Many thanks,
Kingstan.
