Can someone please tell me, How to add Signature or template while replying to an email from CSM/Agent Workspace
For example : For Notifications we can create template but for reply to an email we're not able to add signature of template.
As you can see for sending email we can create an template. "Your request has been assigned" is there by default and in each and every email this sentence or watermark will be there. Like this we want to build it for reply to an email from Agent/CSM workspace.
In the below reply screenshot inside blue mark there should be some text which will be there in every reply email
