Hi @keval3 

Ensure resolution notes field set to support rich text (html) by enabling rich text editor for the field

Can you explore more on this "table", are you trying to format the resolution notes with some HTML table tags.

OOTB its string type field.

Hi @keval3 ,

 

Requirement is not clear, resolution note is free text filed on form you can enter anything on it.
