How to Add Tabs/Sections in Service Operations Workspace Form for Compact VIew?

I am using the Service Operations Workspace, and when I open an Incident/RITM, the form appears in a details section, requiring a lot of scrolling.
I want to make the form more compact by:
- Adding tabs at the top of the form (as shown in the image).
- Or organizing the fields into sections/tabs within the form itself.
- Additionally, I would like to remove the side panel/sidebar for a cleaner layout.
Do I need to modify the UI policies or workspace configurations? Any step-by-step help or documentation link would be appreciated.

Your requirements are valid from a practical perspective, but implementing them technically is not straightforward. Adding or moving tabs requires significant configuration and customization in Workspace, with UI Builder being the primary tool for such changes. Removing the scroll bar aligns with the current design principles and is not recommended to alter.
The best approach would be to rearrange the fields within the form section using the form layout.

Rendering in UI builder based workspace is bit trickier.
Not all requirements are possible within configurable workspace
I believe there is some intention from ServiceNow to have it in that way considering the UI look and feel.
So please don't change this and inform customers about the same.
