How to attach an email to an incident

Hi , I am working on incident,could anyone guide me regrding this.

As an incident Analyst i would like to be able to attach an email to an incident as an attachment

If you are talking about the email from your outlook then save that email on your local machine and then drag-drop it on the incident form.

It will get attached there.

You can download it form there and use.

Hi Navya,

there is option on inc. form to add or remove attachement. see below screenshot

or you can use option suggested by Tanaji as well.
