How to Attach SLA's to SC Task???

Hi All,

We have configured SLA's for one catalog item, for that particular item ---there were  4 SC Task's are attaching...

The requirement is , in that 4 sc task's , we need to attach SLA for one sc task with this short description " Install".

Could you please guide me on this?

Open SLA Definitions

Click New

Provide a Name

Select sc_task in the Table field

Start condition: 

Short description - contains - install

Request item | Item = [this particular catalog item] (you may have to 'Show related fields' to see this field)

Then set up the rest of your SLA definition.
