How to auto-assign INC to on-call agent

Hi,

 

I am new to On-Call scheduling and would like to automatically assign all received INCs to the available On-Call agent. I have published a 2-shift On-Call schedule and need to have all received INCs automatically assigned to an agent when the On-Call shift starts.

There is a workflow named: On-Call: Assign - that you can trigger or add conditions when the workflow should run that will auto-assign to the primary on-call.

Sorry for asking repeat Q and bumping this. For some reason this isnt working in Orlando release. I have defined on-call trigger rule to execute on-call-assign workflow and my incident has assignment group as mandatory field. I also created a business rule to execute this workflow and that also didn't help.
