How to auto populate date field in a Survey Form !?

Hi

I want to make a Survey for Change Request From and Auto Populate all the dates from the Schedule section of Change Request From   .And even I want display the Change Request No (Dynamic) in the description field of Survey from ,as heading of the Survey .

Does anyone have solutions to these !?

Hi Sohan

As of now, survey are designed as static content and no dynamics is put on to that. Sorry it is not possible as of now but thanks for a nice suggestion. Please feel free to report an Enhancement Request in HI for the same and we will surely look into this in future release.
