How to automate adding the people to the attendees list like whoever has created the change request

How to easily configure - add automatically the change requester to the specific CAB meeting where their request is added to be reviewed.

You need to automate the Send Invite UI action as per the out-of-the-box behavior. Currently, when a change is added to the agenda, the list gets populated, but the user still has to click the Send Invitation UI action manually for the assignee to receive the email invite. You need to pick that code and create a Business Rule to run it automatically.

But its not about automate notification- actually the attendees list to be updated with newly added change req assigned to.

I tried this on my end in the CAB meeting, and you can try the same in WS by following these steps:

1. Go to List Layout

2. Add the required field

3. Save

4. Select Reset Default, and it should work
