Hello,
How can this requirement be approached? Need Interactions to be automatically assigned to me and set as Work In Progress, when I create an Incident or Request from the Interaction. Please help. TIA

Hi Snow,
I would update UI Action "Create Incident" for the Interaction table to add 2 lines in the script, one for assigned_to and one for assignment_group:
