Hi All,
I have set up walk up experience in service portal, all configurations are done but I cannot schedule an appointment on behalf of someone on service portal, that option is completely hidden. Please refer the attachment.
kindly help me understand what is the issue.

This feature can be enabled from the walkup location queue:
Select "Enable appointment delegation" and select the group. The members of group selected in "Appointment delegation group" will be able to book an appointment of behalf of someone else
