to update branding in most of the platform you can achieve that through Theme Builder
With that, you can create variants of the same e.g. light x dark theme so more options are allowed and users can select as per their preferred palettes. Existing themes can be selected as following:
But if you want to adjust simply the banner, then you can go to Basic Configuration UI16 and change it from there - be careful, the change will be global for all the users.
Type "UI16" to access this and make that change easily:
