Does anybody knows how to change the default favicon (also called "shortcut icon") in Service-Now?

You can upload any 16X16 image to the images table. Then you just change the system property to point to the new image.

I uploaded one .gif image in System UI -> Images and named it testsand.gif, then I gave this name in the system property 'Icon image displayed in bookmarks and browser address bar', but when i reload the page the new image is not displayed. It continues to display old favicon.

Hi,
I also need to update old favicon.ico file with the new ServiceNow icon. But when I start upload in 'Image' directory it does not accept the file with ".ico" extension.
It accepts only .gif, .png or .jpg file extensions.
Also I am unable to locate favicon.ico anywhere in "Image" directory.
Can anybody help me!
brgds, AM
