I would make sure that that choice value exists in your choice list.

Check configure dictionary on that field.

Go to choices and check

what you have given in Label it will come.

Hi Yogesh,

This indicates that the field has a value that is not currently a choice list option. Right click the field and select Show Choice List (pictured below).

A list is presented with the current choices and values. Ensure there is a value 'approval' and the appropriate label you desire. If there is not, you may add it directly to the list.
