I would make sure that that choice value exists in your choice list.

Hi Yogesh,
This indicates that the field has a value that is not currently a choice list option. Right click the field and select Show Choice List (pictured below).
A list is presented with the current choices and values. Ensure there is a value 'approval' and the appropriate label you desire. If there is not, you may add it directly to the list.
