Hi I want to Change the view of the form of the global domain to another one.
We have a domain that only allows to have the “Case” view and it does not allow to change the view in the form.
Any idea about this?

Hi,
The problem at the end was that there were several views for the same table, so deactivating these all works.

users with view_changer role can switch the views but if there is any view rule applied on your table then the users will see the view which is configured as per that rule

I am using the Admin user so changing the view rule will fix that??

even for admin you are not able to change the view?

Is the user the role assigned to change the view and also is the other available?
In ServiceNow, the role responsible for changing views on lists and forms is called "view_changer" - meaning if a user wants to switch between different views within a module, they need to be assigned this role to access the "View" option in the list controls; alternatively, an administrator role also allows full view manipulation
