How to change table name in workflow

Hi Team,

please anyone can let me know how I can change table name in the workflow, I know it can be done through workflow versions , but I am not able to do that, any help on this query will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

What do you mean change table name?

Actually, I have to create one workflow for catalog item, in that I added table name in that but by mistake I entered wrong table name , and went further process, after that I realized that I entered wrong table name, How I can change table name.

IF IT IS A SUBMITTED RITM YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT:

You cant and you shouldn't.

Cancel the request and create a new one.

Alternatively, on the RITM, if you can edit the variable, where you entered the table name, then you can edit there.

IF YOU ARE AN ADMIN AND WANT TO CHANGE THE WORKFLOW IN DEV

You can checkout the workflow in DEV, and make the change in the activity, and then publish the workflow after you test it.

MAke sure you have an update set where the changes get captured.

If your workflow is Published, then first CHECKOUT the workflow to change the configuration. Then go to the 'Properties' and then change the table name as you required. And once you done with the changes, Publish the workflow. Please refer to the below screenshot:
