How to change the theme for Experience in Xanadu Version

I want to change the theme for my ui builder experience.

Currently inside of settings it says that the parent application, uxr base unified app, sets the theme for this experience under the branding and theming section.

I used portal app shell to create this experience and want to change the theme to the one I built using theme builder.  

Can someone give some instruction or insight on how to do this?

Unfortunately, it didn't help.  I built a theme using theme builder and want to know how to apply it to my UI Builder Experience.
