How to change to "Default" view by default

Hi All,

How do i make the screenshot below "Default View" by default?

I changed the view name in the module but nothing changed.

Hi,

You can change view rules, etc. by going to System UI > View Rules.

However, if they are accessing the link to those records from one of the left-hand nav menu applications/modules, then the "view" could be forcefully set there...usually "Self-Service" view is because they clicked a link within the "Self-Service" left-hand nav section.
