Hello
So I need to be able to close multiple tasks at once however before I close them they need to be assinged to my self.
At the moment I am having to close them one by one and it is very slow to do this.
How can I do this?

Do you have access to edit on the list view? If yes you can select multiple records in the Assigned to column on the list view using Shift key and press enter key to select your name and update.

Hi Paul,
You may use the List Editor functionality in such cases. If you can have the access, you can update multiple records on a single go by using this. You might want to have a look at this link, Use the list editor , to know how to use this facility.
