How to configure "Default SLA Workflow" to send alerts to 'Assignment group' and 'Assigned to'

Hi all,

I have need some help updating the "Default SLA Workflow" to send alerts to 'Assignment group' and 'Assigned to'.  The goal is to have warning or alert notifications  when the business elapsed time for SLA is at 50%, 75% and Breached.  As of now only the "assigned to" are receiving the emails. In case the incident is not assigned to anyone we need to have those same notifications sent to also "Assignment group" and the breached notifications to "Assignment group manager".  Please advice.  Thank you in advanced for your time.
